The people and organisations who work with Near Horizon have different requirements from their coaching. Our work ranges from coaching an individual and working on their leadership skills before they take on more management responsibilities to working with an established team to devise ways they can improve their customer satisfaction levels; from mentoring an entrepreneur through setting up a new business to running a series of public seminars to improve general time-management processes.
The one thing all these scenarios have in common is that they are each focussed on helping people achieve a goal.
Coaching and mentoring are often very personal sessions, where a lot of sensitive information is shared and the input from the coach or mentor is especially tailored to suit the attendee. For this reason, coaching and mentoring sessions are usually conducted on a one-to-one basis.

Seminars and workshops are based on group rather than one-to-one dynamics. The content of seminars and workshops is less individual and personal, and uses the experience of all of those present to achieve the stated goals. Seminars and workshops can be either closed and set up for a particular group of people - or open and available to all. You can find details of our 'open' workshops on the upcoming events page.
